RESORT REPORT

As 2023 draws to a close, we proudly report that our property development team is on track to complete its refurbishment schedule before the year ends. We are excited to share that the recently completed refurbishments have given your apartments a fresh and modern look with updated amenities.

Club Wyndham Melbourne

The refurbishment of all club apartments and some hotel common spaces at Club Wyndham Melbourne has been completed. The 85 apartments include studios, 1 and 2-bedroom standard and deluxe configurations, and luxurious three-bedroom Grand and Presidential Suites.

All of these apartments have undergone a transformation to elevate the guest experience to new heights with modern aesthetics, new furniture, and locally inspired artwork.

Club Wyndham 
Dunsborough

The refurbishment of the 36 remaining apartments at Club Wyndham Dunsborough is finally complete. To better reflect the local environment and beaches, the rooms have been repainted with a new colour scheme.

They now feature brand new furniture, beds, and soft furnishings to make your stay even more comfortable. The bathrooms and powder rooms have undergone a complete renewal, while the standard and deluxe apartments have new kitchen benchtops and resurfaced cabinets. The resort's two-bedroom Grand apartments now have a second bathroom for a more convenient stay.

Associate resort extension

The associate resort* agreement with Ramada Suites by Wyndham Zen Quarter Darwin is extended until 30 September 2024. Premier Owners can book the following apartments:

•     4 x 1-bedroom Deluxe (available until 30 September 2024)
•     1 x 2-bedroom (available until 30 April 2024)
•     1 x 2-bedroom Family (available until 30 April 2024)

The apartments feature a full kitchen with refrigerator and dishwasher, air conditioning, balcony, and laundry facilities.

*Please note: Associate Resorts are made available to Club Wyndham South Pacific owners by the Developer, Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific. Associate Resorts are not part of Club Wyndham South Pacific and are not owned by the Developer. Rather, the Developer has entered into agreements, which enable Premier Owners to stay in specific apartments at Associate Resorts using their vacation credits. Associate Resorts are offered to owners during a contracted period only and like all Developer benefits, can be added or removed and are subject to change at any time.
