We have a range of education options available to you.
Live group sessions
These online webinars are a step-by-step guide to using your ownership and can be joined from the comfort of your home. Topics include understanding your ownership, RCI, Wyndham Rewards, and navigating the club website, and are run on a regular basis.
One-on-one personalised sessions
Do you need personalised answers to your specific questions? One-on-one sessions are for you! You are in the driver’s seat – you can select a time and topics, and one of our Owner Information Consultants will contact you. We can cover Bonus Time, Fun Time, guidelines and regulations, RCI, Wyndham Rewards, Developer exchanges and more.
Onsite owner services and education sessions
Club Wyndham South Pacific’s Owner Services and Owner Information teams have joined forces and are connecting face-to-face with owners at both Club Wyndham Denarau Island and Club Wyndham Kirra Beach. You can schedule to see our consultant and bring them any enquiries you would usually bring an Owner Services or Owner Information consultant. Please book in advance.
Club Wyndham South Pacific Assistance and Holiday Sharing Group
Our Facebook group allows owners to share with other owners their tips and tricks to better utilise their ownership, holiday inspiration and pictures or video from their travels.
