CLUB WYNDHAM SOUTH PACIFIC
RESORT REPORT
Club Wyndham
Golden Beach
The refurbishment of 60 club apartments and the common area of Club Wyndham Golden Beach has been completed – and we are pleased to share with you some brand new photography!
Each one and two-bedroom apartment has been revitalised with a fresh infusion of style, featuring a coastal-inspired theme with shades of blue, white, and navy. The extensive refurbishment included upgraded bathrooms, brand-new kitchens, revamped flooring, stylish furniture, walk-in showers, and the installation of external shutters on the balconies. These shutters offer an option to enclose the balcony, protecting guests from adverse weather conditions while extending the dining area for a more versatile experience.
The resort also boasts a revamped pool area with new astroturf, shade umbrellas, pool furniture, and bean bags, enhancing the much-loved pool area and slippery dip. A new pickle ball court has also opened on the resort grounds. Bikes, e-bikes, canoes, and stand-up paddleboards are now available for hire and are provided complimentary for club members.
Club Wyndham
Kirra Beach
Phase 2 of the refurbishment at Club Wyndham Kirra Beach began in April. The resort’s upper floors will be refurbished with new design and paint, while bedding, furnishings and soft furnishings will be replaced and upgraded.
Club Wyndham Perth
Club Wyndham Perth is undergoing a refurbishment of its 21 apartments and common area improvements. The project started in April and will conclude with a lobby refurbishment in late July.
The new design of hotel apartments is inspired by Perth’s urban surrounds and emphasises sleekness and simplicity. All apartments and common spaces will be repainted, and new carpets, tiled flooring and soft furnishings will be installed, while the bathrooms will undergo some minor works.
In the rooms, new patterned carpets will blend city accents of grey, white and tan, while high-quality vinyl will be utilised in the lobby and in the living areas of larger apartments. Apartments will be decorated with new furniture, feature walls, fresh artwork and a mix of hanging and ceiling lighting. The corridors will undergo refurbishment using a similar design, while the lobby will be refreshed with a simpler and more open set-up, inviting furniture, navy feature walls, hanging lighting and wooden features.
Quality used furniture and bedding will continue to be donated to local non-profit organisations and charities.
Club Wyndham
Coffs Harbour
Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour is scheduled to undergo refurbishment in May. All 60 apartments at Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour will be freshly painted, and the floor tiles in common areas will be replaced with vinyl flooring. The apartments will also have patterned carpet in the bedrooms, new window furnishings, new furniture and beds, larger fridges, and more storage space will be created.

• Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour – Terraces – slated from August
We look forward to providing you with
more updates on the progress of these projects.
One of the advantages of vacation ownership is that apartments continue to be refurbished on a regular cycle to keep accommodation feeling modern and fresh. These projects are one of the many facets of the club which are funded by annual levies.
